Great question. Every case, for every client, is EXTREMELY different. There are NO two cases that are alike, because no two people are alike. Therefore, results for everyone varies a little bit. No cause to worry! “Patience… is a virtue!” J Some clients receive 100% deletions in 30-45 days, while some may need more time. It truly depends on some very key variables that we cannot control. What type of accounts are on your credit? How old are they? How much do you owe? All of these things come into play when challenging items on your credit. With that being said, a majority of our clients see measurable score improvements in 60 days or less, and our average client is with us for 4-6 months.

When we submit disputes and challenges on your behalf, the bureaus and creditors will ALWAYS respond directly back to you!For the purpose of your own privacy, creditors will never send the results of their investigations to us. Therefore, it is extremely important to maintain consistent COMMUNICATION with your Solutions Manager. When you receive correspondence back, upload/email that correspondence back to our office, within your client solutions portal, or email email@example.com
Remember, at D.E.C.A.D.E., we believe in COMMUNICATION. If you receive something in the mail and you’re unsure if you should send it to us. SEND IT. When in doubt, send it out! The more information your Solutions Manager has; the faster and more effective we can complete your restoration!
You are entitled to a 100% refund on all monthly payments if: – We do not remove more than 25% of all the negatives worked on. – We have had six months from the time you retain our services. – You have at least four negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up. – You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit two years previous to signing up for our services. – You agree to send updated reports from the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt. (Clients should receive updated credit reports every 15-45 days. It is the client’s responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received).
Scores and point increases vary from case to case. Here at DECADE Financial Solutions, we focus “Credit Restoration,” versus “Credit Score.” Clients who lack the necessary credit accounts and types, will not see as much of a credit score increase as someone who already possess multiple lines of positive credit. In many of our cases we see our clients receive a score increase within their very first month, ranging anywhere from 25 points to 200 points! Again, THESE RESULTS WILL VARY due to how the negative accounts that were on the credit file were impacting the credit score. For clients who do not have much, or ANY positive credit at all, the goal is to remove the negative accounts first, then focus on rebuilding and re-establishing new clean credit, which will result in higher scores reporting month after month.
